And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.
Acts 2:42
What we Do
The Christian way is a lifestyle modeled after the life of Christ and his body, the Church. Over the centuries, the Church has recognized certain spiritual disciplines that aid us in our growth towards God. Below are just a few we engage in to better love God and our neighbor.
-
Weekly gatherings centered on Scripture, where students explore God’s Word in a thoughtful, discussion-based setting that connects the Bible to real life, faith, and vocation.
-
Small, consistent spaces for students to pray together, share burdens and joys, and grow in a deeper life of trust, intercession, and dependence on God, whether liturgical using the Book of Common Prayer or Extemporaneous.
-
Regular opportunities to serve our neighbors in need through partnership with Union Gospel Mission, putting faith into action by offering time, compassion, and practical help to the Fort Worth community.
-
Casual social gatherings—meals, coffee, game nights, and outings—designed to build genuine friendships, rest from the pressures of school, and enjoy life together in Christian community.
-
Our central act of worship, where students gather around Word and Sacrament to receive the grace of Christ. Through Scripture, prayer, and Holy Communion, we are nourished, renewed, and sent back into campus life strengthened for faithful witness and service.
